Lightener Brow Drops (ST0110)
- Neutral beige velvet color to lighten the eyebrows
- Mixing ratio depends on the desired lightening effect
- Mix up to 50% to reduce the overall shade
- Ideal also to add a little in all cold colors for fixing pigments on oily skin
- Do not use with very warm pigments
