Start by reviewing the theory folder thoroughly. The materials provide the foundation for the rest of the online programme and subsequent practical training.
Drawing techniques and shapes
Review the material on drawing specific techniques and shapes on paper. Practise the same techniques on practice skin, and send your assignments to your instructor according to the instructions.

Practical technique training
Continue practising systematically on practice skin. Focus on steady hand movements, consistent movement, correct pressure and controlled pigmentation.
Exercises and understanding treatment
Continue working on treatment techniques and exercises. Send your assignments to your instructor to receive professional feedback and prepare for the practical part.
