The Advanced Microneedling Masterclass is a professional course in aesthetic microneedling for cosmetologists, mesotherapists and nurses who want to work at a more advanced, results-oriented level with skin improvement.

You learn to perform safe and effective microneedling in the upper layers of the skin (0.7–1.3 mm), focusing on collagen stimulation, skin renewal and improved absorption of active ingredients.

It is important to emphasise that this course deals exclusively with cosmetic/aesthetic microneedling, not medical microneedling. Treatments are performed in the superficial layers of the skin and are intended to improve the skin’s appearance, texture and quality – not to treat medical skin conditions in deeper tissue.

A Masterclass Focused on Real Treatments

Cosmetic microneedling differs from medical treatments because it does not work in the deeper layers of the skin and does not create a controlled injury process intended to treat deep scars, stretch marks or other clinical skin concerns. Instead, the focus is on skin improvement, radiance, evenness and preventative anti-ageing.

Treatments are always tailored to the individual client, taking skin type, skin condition, age and lifestyle into account. We work with a wide range of skin concerns across age groups – from younger skin prone to enlarged pores and acne scars to mature skin with loss of firmness, fine lines and uneven texture. Male skin is also covered, as it is often thicker, produces more sebum and may require a different approach to both needle depth and technique to achieve optimal results.

The course combines comprehensive online theory, practical training in a small group and subsequent documentation of your own treatments.

You therefore learn not only how to use a microneedling pen, but also how to work professionally and systematically with clients in your clinic.

Part 2: Practical Course Day

The practical training takes place at Dermatech-Group Academy in Vejle or with a certified international Mesoskinline trainer elsewhere in Denmark or abroad.

Training is provided in small groups of no more than 4–6 participants, allowing ample time for individual guidance, questions and practical training.
