To perform permanent makeup legally in Denmark, you must have completed the courses that document your professional knowledge and understanding of safety and hygiene.

To participate, you must previously have completed a permanent makeup training programme.
If your Dermatech-group or PMU-line education or course dates from 2021 or later, the professional course may already be included. Contact us if you are uncertain about your documentation.
Your course journey
From preparation to an updated certificate.
A focused programme that upgrades your existing qualification in accordance with the Danish regulations governing cosmetic tattooists.
Online preparation
You receive access to the online learning platform, including professional materials and interactive tests of your understanding.
Theory module
One concentrated course day in Vejle or Copenhagen covering the compulsory subject areas.
Examination
The programme concludes with a written examination documenting your updated professional knowledge.
Certificate
After passing the examination and documenting your hygiene course, a new valid CPD certificate is issued.

What you receive
An updated certificate — and continued professional support.
After passing the examination and presenting proof of your completed hygiene course, you receive a new valid CPD certificate specifying your relevant approved treatment areas.
The certificate refers to The CPD Standards Office, Provider No. PDCD1023, and approval under Danish Act No. 695 of 8 June 2018 concerning cosmetic tattooing.
